Super Change Agent

This certification program is designed to equip change agents with new models, skills, and methods for facilitating super change, as well as lay out a simple roadmap to bring about a second-order change in any system. Central to the process is a new understanding for the physics of transformation, to supplant outdated traditional approaches to organization change management. This understanding is based on (1) the actual physics of transformation, (2) state change that occurs every day in the world around us, and (3) examples of real transformation to Superperformance from a wide array of people, teams, projects, and companies. Participants will come away with a Super ChangeTM Model and Toolset for application to any worthwhile corporate adventure or cause

Participants who complete this course will be able to:

1. Understand Super Change and the Super Change Model.
2. Be able to apply the Super Change Model within an Organization.
3. Know the difference between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-Order Change.
4. Be able to recognize 3 common obstacles to Super Change and how to overcome them.
5. Be able to use Super Change to revolutionize performance in organizations, projects, and teams

Corpus Optima Certification Courses are divided between interactive sessions and practicum.  The courses are offered in three schedule formats:

Mon + Wed 

6PM to 8PM for six weeks (30 hours)

Tue + Thu 

6PM to 8PM for six weeks (30 hours)

Weekends for 2 weeks

Fri + Sat

9AM to 4:30PM
