Superformance & Agility
Agile Master Certification applies a powerful Agile framework that Super Teams can use to not only accelerate production but also deliver customer value outputs continually throughout the life of a project—increasing adaptability to change and new requirements as projects evolve. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the Scrumban methodology and its underlying principles, highlighting the behaviors of Super Agile® Masters whose teams turn out super outcomes repeatedly.
Participants who complete this course will have:
- Super Agile®® Mastery including SASS (Super Agile® Scrum of Scrums)
- Appreciation for the Servant Leadership approach
- Proficiency in Scrumban including the production of Scrumban artifacts including the product backlog, kanban, sprint backlog, velocity measurement, and definition of done
- Ready to facilitate daily or weekly scrums, user stories, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
- Capable in Super Teams including facilitating Super Team Stages of Growth.
- Capable in Super ChangeTMTM including guiding the use of Super ChangeTMTM Model.
Corpus Optima Certification Courses are divided between interactive sessions and practicum. The courses are offered in three schedule formats:
Mon + Wed
6PM to 8PM for six weeks (30 hours)
Tue + Thu
6PM to 8PM for six weeks (30 hours)
Weekends for 2 weeks
Fri + Sat
9AM to 4:30PM
